Partner-level opportunity for an experienced finance and securities lawyer to lead and grow capital markets work from the firm’s Chemnitz office. The role focuses on advising on transactional and regulatory aspects of capital markets and related financing matters.

The successful candidate will take a visible leadership role in the local practice, supervise associates, manage client relationships, and work across national teams on cross-border and domestic matters. A portable practice or demonstrable book of business will be considered an asset.

Established partner-level experience in finance, securities and capital markets work.
Qualified to practise in Germany with strong technical knowledge of capital markets and financing transactions.
Proven client development skills and experience running matters and supervising teams.
Fluency in German and English; ability to engage with domestic and international clients.
