Leading German law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Finance & Banking and Capital Markets team in Dusseldorf. The role focuses on advising on a broad range of capital markets and finance matters for domestic and cross-border clients.

The team advises on equity and debt capital markets transactions, securities regulatory matters and related financing structures. The role offers significant client-facing responsibility and leadership within the practice group.

Applicants with an established, portable practice in capital markets or corporate finance will be prioritized; the firm is flexible on book-of-business size for the right candidate.

Established partner-level track record in capital markets, securities or corporate finance transactions
Admission to practise in Germany (or equivalent) and strong knowledge of German securities law
Proven client origination and relationship management skills; portable practice preferred
Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
