Leading international law firm seeks a partner to join and grow its Finance & Banking and Capital Markets practice in Geneva. The role will focus on advising on complex financing and capital-markets transactions for regional and cross-border clients.

The successful candidate will lead deal teams, work closely with regulatory and securities specialists, and play a central role in business development and client relationship management across Switzerland and neighbouring jurisdictions.

Established partner with significant experience in finance, banking and capital markets transactions.
Proven track record of leading complex cross-border financings and securities work.
Strong business-development skills; a portable practice or demonstrable ability to originate work is preferred.
Excellent client-management, drafting and negotiating skills; fluency in English and proficiency in French or another regional language advantageous.
