Established partner-level experience in finance, banking and capital markets transactions
Proven business development record and ability to originate or grow client relationships; portable book of business welcomed
Track record managing deal teams and advising borrowers, lenders or issuers on complex corporate finance and securities matters
Admission to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction or ability to admit quickly
