National finance practice is seeking a partner to join its Century City office to lead and grow transactional banking and private credit work. The role will focus on originating and executing syndicated and private lending transactions and advising borrowers and lenders across a range of industries.

This is a partner-level, client-facing role with responsibility for developing a portable practice, supervising deal teams, and coordinating with colleagues across offices. The successful candidate will join an established finance platform with significant cross-office resources.

Proven partner-level experience in banking and private credit transactions.
Track record of originating and managing complex lending deals and leading deal teams.
Established client relationships and a demonstrated ability to grow a portable practice.
Admission to the California bar (or ability to obtain) and excellent commercial judgment.
