Established law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Finance & Banking practice in Charleston. The role focuses on advising lenders and borrowers on a range of commercial banking and finance matters.

The ideal candidate will lead client engagements, develop business, and work with a multidisciplinary team on financing transactions and related regulatory issues. This is an opportunity to build a portable practice within an active regional finance group.

Proven partner-level experience in banking and commercial finance transactions.
Strong track record of originating and managing client relationships and matters.
Admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction (or able to transfer admission).
Ability to collaborate across practice groups and mentor junior lawyers.
