Established national firm seeks a finance partner to join its Charlotte office to lead and expand a private credit and banking practice. The role focuses on originating and advising on commercial lending, private credit transactions and related finance matters for corporate and institutional borrowers and lenders.

The team offers national platform support while providing significant client-facing responsibility and deal leadership. This is an opportunity for an experienced partner to grow a portable practice within a busy finance group.

Partner-level experience in banking, private credit or commercial lending.
Proven track record of originating and leading finance transactions; portable client relationships welcome.
Strong technical skills in loan documentation and credit structuring.
Admission to the relevant U.S. bar and ability to practice in the jurisdiction (or willingness to secure admission).
