The partner will lead deal teams, manage client relationships, and collaborate with colleagues across practices and offices to deliver integrated financing solutions. A portable practice or demonstrated ability to generate new business is desirable.

Partner-level experience in leveraged finance and structured finance transactions.
Proven track record of originating and executing complex financings for corporate and sponsor clients.
Strong client development skills and ability to grow a portable practice.
Experience managing deal teams and mentoring junior lawyers; bar admission in Illinois or eligibility to practice in the U.S.
