Well-established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Finance & Banking practice in the Chicago office. The role is a senior leadership position within a commercial finance team advising corporate and institutional clients on a broad range of financing matters.

The firm is looking for a partner who will build and lead client relationships, develop originations, and collaborate across offices on cross-border or national matters. A portable practice or demonstrable ability to generate and grow business in the finance space is welcome.

Established partner-level experience in finance and banking law.
Demonstrable track record of originating or cultivating client relationships; portable book of business welcomed.
Strong commercial judgment and ability to work collaboratively with deal teams.
Licensed or able to be licensed in the relevant jurisdiction(s); willingness to be based in Chicago.
