The role will advise sponsors, funds and institutional investors on transactional, regulatory and commercial matters.

The team offers significant platform resources and collaboration across offices; the hire will be expected to originate and develop business while executing complex finance and corporate transactions.

Established partner track record in finance/corporate transactions, with demonstrable experience in asset or investment management matters
Strong client-development and relationship-management experience; portability of a client footprint viewed positively
Excellent technical drafting and negotiation skills on finance and fund-related documents
Admission to practice in the United States (state bar) and ability to work from the Austin office
