Highly regarded global law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Bay Area finance and corporate practice. The role focuses on asset- and investment-management related financings and corporate work for institutional clients and fund sponsors.

The successful hire will join a busy, deal-oriented team that advises on investment management products, fund financings and related corporate transactions. This is an opportunity to build a portable practice within a top-tier platform while working on sophisticated regional and cross‑border matters.

Lateral partner with demonstrable experience in asset management or investment management transactional work.
Proven track record on fund financings, credit facilities or related corporate transactions; strong client mentoring and origination ability.
Comfort working on cross‑border matters and with interdisciplinary teams (corporate + finance).
Excellent drafting and deal management skills; admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or able to obtain admission.
