Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to expand its Finance & Banking and Corporate practices from the Boulder office. The role focuses on originating and leading private credit, asset-backed and corporate finance transactions, and advising lenders, sponsors and corporate borrowers on complex financings.

The partner will manage deal teams, develop client relationships, and work closely with national practice groups to service regional and cross-border matters. This is a business-development-focused role for an established practitioner with experience handling sophisticated financing matters.

Established partner with a track record in private credit, corporate finance or banking transactions
Proven origination and client-development experience; portable book of business preferred
Strong transactional experience leading teams on complex financings and asset-based deals
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to work from the Boulder office
