Partner opportunity with a well‑established German firm to lead and grow finance and corporate work from the Chemnitz office. The role focuses on cross‑border and domestic transactions in the financial services and corporate sectors, with particular emphasis on asset and investment management matters.

We are seeking an experienced partner to take a senior client-facing role, build business in the region and collaborate with national teams. A portable practice or demonstrable book of business is desirable; the team is flexible on the scale of portability and will discuss realistic arrangements with strong candidates.

Established partner-level experience in finance/banking and corporate advisory, with significant exposure to asset or investment management work.
Proven client-development and matter-management skills; portable practice preferred.
Licensed or qualified in Germany (or equivalent), with strong commercial awareness of German and cross-border regulatory issues.
Fluency in German and English is expected for client and team interaction.
