Top-tier US law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Delaware finance and corporate practice. The role focuses on private credit, fund-related finance, corporate finance and banking matters, advising borrowers, lenders and sponsors across structured and syndicated transactions.

The successful candidate will lead client engagements, develop business, and work closely with deal teams on complex financings and fund-backed transactions. A portable practice or demonstrable book of business in finance/private credit or banking will be advantageous.

Established partner with significant experience in finance, banking and corporate finance transactions.
Proven record advising lenders, borrowers, sponsors or fund clients on private credit, syndicated or structured financings.
Demonstrable client development skills; a portable practice or ability to originate business preferred.
Juris doctor and active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility to transfer.
