Established partner-level experience in finance/banking and corporate work, with significant exposure to investment management or asset-management matters.
Proven track record of originating and managing client engagements; portable client relationships are an asset.
Strong drafting, negotiation and deal-management skills on financings, fund formation or asset-management transactions.
Ability to lead teams, develop business and work collaboratively across practices and offices.
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s).
