The role focuses on advising asset and investment management clients on transactional and regulatory matters, developing client relationships, and leading deal teams.

The successful candidate will take a client-facing role with responsibility for business development, cross-practice collaboration, and mentoring more junior lawyers. This is an opportunity to build a portable practice or to bring existing client relationships to a well-resourced platform.

Partner-level experience in finance, corporate transactions, or investment/asset management matters
Proven business-development track record and ability to bring or grow client relationships
Experience supervising teams and managing complex transactions
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and strong professional references
