Lateral Partner — Finance & Banking / Corporate / Litigation, New York

Senior partner opportunity in a major New York practice seeking a leader to grow and advise across finance, corporate and commercial litigation matters. The role suits a rainmaker or established partner with a portable practice in asset-backed finance, corporate finance and related disputes.

The team advises lenders, sponsors and corporates on complex financings and handles contested creditor/contract disputes. The group is opportunistic and looking to expand market presence through new client development and cross-practice collaboration.

• Established partner or equivalent with a demonstrable track record in finance and corporate matters and experience handling commercial litigation.
• Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships and grow a portable practice.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills; experience managing deal teams and coordinating with other practice groups.
• Bar admission in New York (or eligibility) and high professional standards.
