Leading international firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its London finance and corporate practice. The role sits at the intersection of private equity, fund formation and venture capital work, advising sponsors, fund managers and corporate clients on complex financings and transactions.

This is an urgent hire; the team is well‑capitalised and looking for an experienced partner who can step in quickly. A portable practice or demonstrable client origination capability is welcome but not required.

Established partner with significant experience in finance and corporate transactions, ideally with private equity, fund formation or venture capital work.
Track record of leading deals and managing teams on cross‑border matters.
Commercial client-facing skills and ability to win and develop business; portable book of business advantageous but not mandatory.
Qualified to practise in the UK or eligible to obtain UK practising status; London‑based or able to relocate.
