Senior partner opportunity in the Miami office of a leading global law firm. The role sits at the intersection of finance and corporate work with a primary focus on asset and investment management transactions.

The team advises institutional investors, fund managers and sponsors on complex fund formation, investment management arrangements and related financing matters. The firm is seeking an experienced partner to build and lead workstreams, originate business and contribute to practice growth in the region.

Established partner with a strong transactional background in asset and investment management and related finance matters.
Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships and lead deal teams; portable practice considered and no minimum book-of-business requirement.
Experience advising fund sponsors, institutional investors or asset managers on fund formation, investment management agreements and financing structures.
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or willingness to become admitted; strong client development and team leadership skills.
