Lateral Partner — Finance & Banking / Corporate, New York

Seeking a lateral partner to join a major New York practice focusing on finance and corporate matters within the investment and asset management sector. The role will handle complex transactional and regulatory issues for institutional and private clients.

The position offers a leadership role on client engagements, responsibility for originating and managing work, and collaboration with a national team across related practice areas. The group advises on fund formation, investment vehicles, capital markets and related financing structures.

• Established partner-level experience advising investment management and asset management clients on corporate and finance matters.
• Demonstrable track record of originating or cultivating client relationships; a portable practice or clear ability to develop business is preferred.
• Strong transactional skills across fund formation, fund financings, and investment vehicles, plus familiarity with applicable regulatory frameworks.
• Admission to the New York bar or eligibility to be admitted.
