Established law firm seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow its corporate and finance practice in Newark. The role focuses on transactional work across corporate finance, private equity and venture capital matters, advising sponsors, investors and corporate clients.

The firm is looking for a partner who will originate and manage complex deals, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate across practice groups. This is an opportunity to build a visible practice within a busy transactional platform while working on cross-border and domestic matters.

Seasoned partner-level attorney with demonstrable experience in corporate and finance transactions.
Relevant experience in private equity and/or venture capital transactions.
Proven business development capability and a portable practice or established client relationships preferred.
Track record of leading deal teams, managing client relationships, and supervising associates.
Bar admission and ability to work from the Newark office.
