Leading, global firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Philadelphia finance and corporate team. The role focuses on advising investment managers and asset-management clients on a range of transactional and regulatory matters.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record handling complex fund, investment management or corporate-finance matters and will lead engagements, coach junior lawyers, and contribute to business development initiatives.

Established partner-level finance or corporate practitioner with experience advising asset managers or investment funds.
Strong transactional and regulatory experience relevant to investment management and corporate finance.
Proven ability to lead deal teams, manage client relationships and develop business; a portable practice is welcome but not required.
Excellent drafting, commercial judgment and mentorship skills.
