Senior finance partner opportunity in the Phoenix office of a highly regarded national/international law firm. The role will focus on corporate finance and banking work, with an emphasis on private credit, fund-related financings and asset-backed or corporate lending matters.

The firm is seeking a partner to lead and grow a portable finance practice locally and nationally. You will handle sophisticated transactions, mentor junior lawyers, and work collaboratively across transactional and fund teams.

Ideal candidates will have an established origination and client-development track record and be prepared to contribute a portable practice or book of business to accelerate growth in the region.

Partner-level experience in finance & banking and corporate finance (private credit, fund financings, asset-backed or syndicated lending).
Proven track record of originating and executing complex financings and advising institutional lenders, sponsors or borrowers.
Demonstrable business development capability and an established book of business or clear ability to bring portable clients.
Experience managing and developing teams of associates and working across corporate and fund practices.
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or able to obtain admission.
