Senior partner opportunity in Riyadh for an experienced finance and corporate lawyer to join a leading international law firm’s regional team. The role will work on cross-border finance, investment management and asset management matters for institutional and corporate clients across the region.

The team advises on complex financing transactions, regulatory-facing corporate work and investment fund matters. You will join a busy practice with regional reach and collaborate with international deal teams.

Established partner with a strong finance/corporate background — focus on asset management or investment management desirable
Demonstrable experience advising on complex financings, fund or investment-related transactions
Practical experience working on cross-border matters and with regional clients in the Middle East
Portable client relationships welcomed but not strictly required; firm is open to candidates at different partner seniority levels
