Lateral Partner — Finance & Banking, Corporate & Securities (Boston)

Leading law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Boston finance and corporate securities practice. The role will focus on advising private equity and venture capital sponsors, and handling capital markets and financing matters for corporate clients.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team that handles complex cross-border and domestic transactions across industry sectors. This is an opportunity to shape a growing practice and work with a broad roster of sophisticated commercial clients.

• Established partner with significant experience in private equity, venture capital and capital markets transactions.
• Proven track record of leading complex financings and corporate deals and managing senior client relationships.
• Portable practice or demonstrated origination capability preferred.
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and excellent academic and professional credentials.
