A leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Research Triangle Park office and expand its finance, corporate and securities capabilities. The role will focus on private equity, venture capital and capital markets work across transactional and financings matters.

The successful candidate will lead client engagements, originate business and work closely with cross-practice teams to deliver commercially focused legal advice. This is an opportunity to play a visible role in a growing regional practice while leveraging national platform resources.

Established partner with significant experience in private equity, venture capital, capital markets and related financings
Proven ability to originate work and develop client relationships; portable practice preferred
Track record leading complex transactions and managing deal teams
Strong academic and bar credentials and ability to work collaboratively across offices
