Lateral Partner — Finance & Banking & Corporate — Washington, D.C.

Senior finance partner appointment in Washington, D.C. for an established national practice seeking a partner to lead and develop leveraged finance, private credit and corporate finance matters. The role combines origination, deal execution and client relationship leadership across bank, asset and fund finance transactions.

The team advises lenders, private credit funds and corporate borrowers on complex bilateral and syndicated financings, acquisition financings and fund-level facilities. The successful candidate will join a collaborative practice with cross‑border and sector-focused workstreams.

Portable client relationships and a demonstrable ability to originate finance work are welcome and will be considered in the appointment.

• Established partner-level experience in finance/banking and corporate finance matters, including private credit or fund financings.
• Proven track record of originating and leading transactions and managing client relationships.
• Admitted to practice in the United States; D.C. bar admission or willingness to obtain admission preferred.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and deal-management skills; comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams.
