Senior finance partner sought to join a leading U.S. law firm’s Dallas office to lead and grow banking and finance work. The role focuses on originating and managing commercial banking and corporate finance matters, mentoring junior lawyers, and working across the firm’s transactional platform.

The ideal hire will handle a range of financing transactions, advise lenders and borrowers, and play a visible business-development role to expand regional relationships. This is a partner-level opportunity for an established practitioner with a portable practice or demonstrable ability to generate client work.

Established partner or equivalent senior hire with significant experience in banking and finance transactions
Track record advising on lender and borrower-side financings (syndicated loans, asset-based lending, commercial financings, or similar)
Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships and to bring or grow a portable practice
Strong leadership and team management skills; experience mentoring associates
Excellent commercial judgment and business-development capability in the Dallas/region market
