Searching for an experienced finance partner to join a well-established Delaware finance practice. The role will involve leading and developing matters across commercial lending, consumer finance (including card programs), and public finance.

The firm seeks a senior lawyer who can originate and manage a diverse transactional finance workload, mentor junior lawyers, and help grow client relationships. A portable practice or demonstrated ability to bring business is welcome.

Established partner-level experience in finance and lending transactions
Track record with consumer finance and/or public finance matters preferred
Proven originations or portable client relationships a plus
Ability to supervise teams and contribute to business development
