The role focuses on advising lenders and borrowers on a range of finance transactions and leading deal teams across jurisdictions.

The firm is seeking a partner who can drive business development, manage client relationships and mentor junior lawyers. This is a portable‑practice hire: candidates with an established book of business or proven origination record are encouraged to apply.

Established partner‑level experience in finance and banking (syndicated lending, acquisition finance, or similar transactional work)
Proven track record of client origination and relationship management at partner level
Experience leading deal teams and managing complex cross‑border transactions
Fluency in English; German language skills or ability to advise on German matters preferred
