Senior partner-level opening for an experienced finance and banking lawyer to join a well-regarded German firm’s Düsseldorf office. The role focuses on advising lenders and borrowers on domestic and cross-border banking and finance transactions.

The successful candidate will lead client engagements, develop business in Germany and internationally, and mentor associates. This is a front-facing role with responsibility for originating work and managing complex financing matters.

This is an opportunity to join an established finance team with market-facing mandates and to help shape the practice’s growth in Düsseldorf.

Proven partner-level experience in banking and finance transactions
Track record of originating or managing complex financing matters
Strong client development skills and ability to build a portable practice
Fluency in German and English; admitted to practice in Germany
