The role will sit within a cross-border practice advising institutional and alternative asset managers on fund structures, regulatory considerations and transactional matters.

The firm is looking for a collaborative partner to join an established team and help grow the funds offering in the Middle East. This role suits a partner with a portable practice and demonstrable client relationships in funds or investment management.

Civil-qualified at partner level with experience in fund formation and investment management.
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; a portable practice is required.
Experience advising on fund structuring, regulatory/compliance issues and cross-border transactions.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-jurisdictional team and operate from Dubai.
