Senior partner-level opportunity to lead and grow a finance and banking practice for a leading international law firm. The role is location‑agnostic with a primary presence in Houston and will involve originating and executing complex financing transactions for corporate and institutional clients.

The team seeks an experienced partner who can bring and develop client relationships, manage cross‑border or national transactions, and mentor junior lawyers. Compensation and partner billing arrangements are competitive at the partner level.

Proven partner-level experience in finance and banking transactions (leveraged finance, acquisition finance, or similar).
Track record of originating business and a portable practice or demonstrable business development capability preferred.
Experience managing deals, supervising teams, and working with sophisticated corporate or institutional clients.
Active bar admission and the ability to work with clients across jurisdictions as needed.
