Senior lender-side and insurance-focused partner role in a busy Wilmington office of a national law firm. The team handles finance transactions and insurance-related matters (transactional and regulatory), excluding insurance coverage and defense litigation.

The practice offers a mix of deal work and client counseling across corporate finance and insurance industry clients. The role suits a partner who will lead matters, originate work, and mentor junior lawyers within a collaborative team.

Established partner with significant experience in finance transactions and/or insurance industry matters (transactional or regulatory).
Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships; portable business welcome.
Track record leading deals, supervising teams, and working with in-house and external stakeholders.
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or able to obtain admission.
