Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Finance & Banking practice in Jefferson City. The role will focus on delivering transactional and advisory services across lending, banking and capital markets matters for institutional and corporate clients.

The team handles a broad range of finance work and collaborates across industry-focused groups. The firm is open to candidates nationwide and is particularly interested in partners with a portable practice that aligns with one of the team’s industry verticals.

Established partner or equivalent with a demonstrable finance/banking transactional practice
Proven experience in lending, banking and/or capital markets matters
Track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable business welcomed
Strong commercial judgment, deal leadership and ability to work cross‑practice and industry teams
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or ability to become admitted
