National law firm seeking a lateral partner to join its Finance & Banking practice in Las Vegas. The role will handle a broad range of finance matters, including commercial lending, consumer finance and card programs, and public finance work.

The team advises lenders, borrowers and other financial-services clients on transactional and regulatory matters. This role offers the opportunity to lead or expand a portable finance practice and work on cross-office matters with national reach.

Established partner-level experience in finance and lending matters (commercial lending, consumer finance, card programs, and/or public finance)
Proven track record of business development and client relationship management; portable practice preferred
Strong technical drafting and transactional skills
Licensed to practice in Nevada or able to obtain admission
