Established partner-level experience in leveraged finance and wider corporate lending.
Track record advising on complex debt financings, including sponsor-backed transactions.
Ability to work on cross-border matters and collaborate with international teams.
Portable practice or demonstrable client origination ability is of interest but not strictly prescribed.
