Seeking a partner to join a well-established US-based finance team in Atlanta, leading leveraged and structured finance matters for corporate and sponsor clients. The role combines deal leadership, originating activity and hands-on execution across complex financings.

The team regularly advises on multi-jurisdictional financings and structured lending solutions. This is an opportunity to build a portable practice or expand an existing book of business while working with a broad corporate and financial-services client base.

Established partner-level track record in leveraged finance and structured finance transactions.
Proven origination and client-management capabilities; a portable practice is welcomed.
Experience leading multi-party negotiated financings and coordinating cross-practice teams.
Admitted to practice in the US and able to work from/relocate to Atlanta.
