Seeking an experienced finance partner to join a national practice group in the Boulder market. The role focuses on leveraged and structured finance transactions across corporate and sponsor-backed work.

The partner will originate and lead complex financings, manage deal teams, and work with institutional lenders, borrowers and private equity clients. This position is ideal for an attorney with a portable practice or established client relationships in finance.

Proven partner-level experience in leveraged finance and structured finance transactions
Track record of leading deals and supervising teams on complex financings
Portable client relationships or demonstrated origination capability preferred
Active bar admission and JD or equivalent legal qualification
Strong drafting, negotiation and client-management skills
