Senior finance partner role in a busy San Francisco practice group focused on leveraged and structured finance. The position will lead complex financing transactions, advise sponsors and borrowers, and manage deal teams across cross-border and domestic matters.

The team advises on a full spectrum of finance matters, including leveraged buyouts, acquisition financing and structured lending solutions. The role offers leadership responsibility, client development opportunities and collaboration with national finance colleagues.

Established partner-level experience in leveraged finance and structured finance transactions.
Proven track record leading complex financings and supervising deal teams.
Strong client-development skills; a portable practice or demonstrated ability to originate and grow business is welcome.
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction (California admission preferred) and able to work from the San Francisco office.
