Established partner with substantial experience in leveraged and structured finance transactions
Demonstrated track record of client origination and relationship management; portable business welcomed
Strong technical drafting, negotiation and deal-management skills on complex financings
Ability to lead teams and develop junior finance lawyers; excellent interpersonal and commercial judgment
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to qualify promptly
