Lateral Partner — Finance & Banking, Litigation and Intellectual Property (Miami)

Seeking a lateral partner to join a large international practice in Miami focused on the intersection of finance, commercial litigation and intellectual property disputes. The role will handle high-value matters involving leveraged and structured finance as well as patent litigation and related IP disputes.

This partner will lead client engagements, manage teams across practices, and collaborate with national and international colleagues on cross-border and complex transactional and contentious work. The position offers a platform to grow a portable practice and to originate and develop new business.

Portable client relationships and a demonstrated ability to generate or sustain partner-level revenues are important for success in this role. The firm provides broad institutional support for both transactional finance and IP litigation practices.

• Established partner with significant experience at the partner level in finance-related matters and IP litigation.
• Track record in leveraged finance and structured finance, plus experience handling patent litigation or other complex IP disputes.
• Proven business development skills; portable client relationships/book of business strongly preferred.
• Licensed to practice in an appropriate U.S. jurisdiction and able to work from the Miami office.
