Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Finance & Banking group, advising on a broad range of banking and debt finance matters. The role offers a location‑agnostic arrangement with an emphasis on originating and managing syndicated, structured and corporate lending transactions.

The successful candidate will lead transactions, mentor junior lawyers and contribute to market development initiatives. The team handles cross‑border mandates, so strong commercial judgment and experience working with international clients and counsel are essential.

Established partner-level experience in finance and banking (syndicated loans, acquisition finance, or structured finance).
Proven track record of originating and leading transactions; demonstrable client relationships or a portable practice.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience mentoring associates.
Qualified and admitted in the relevant jurisdiction or eligible to practise in the UK; comfortable operating on cross‑border matters.
