The successful candidate will join an experienced team, advise UK and international borrowers and lenders, and help develop the practice’s market profile in London. This is a partner-level role with responsibility for business development, team leadership and high-value transactions.

Proven partner-level experience in finance & banking, including corporate lending and structured finance
Track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable practice desirable
Strong technical drafting and transactional execution skills
London-qualified or eligible to practice in the UK; ability to work on cross-border matters
