An established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Finance & Banking team in Madison. The role focuses on structuring and executing lending, banking and capital markets transactions for corporate and financial institution clients.

The team looks for an experienced partner with a proven transactional practice, strong client relationships and experience leading deal teams. Candidates with a portable practice and demonstrated business development success will be given priority; the search is open to candidates nationwide.

Established partner-level experience in finance, banking or capital markets transactions
Proven client development record and a portable practice preferred
Experience leading deal teams and managing complex financings
Admission or eligibility to be admitted in Wisconsin
