The role focuses on transactional finance work, including bank lending and capital markets matters, and offers responsibility for originating and managing client engagements.

Proven partner-level experience in finance and banking transactions, including capital markets work.
Demonstrated track record of originating and managing client relationships and leading deal teams.
Eligible to practice in the relevant jurisdictions or able to obtain licensure.
Comfort working within a collaborative, multi-practice platform; portable business welcomed.
