Experienced finance partner sought to lead and grow a project finance and renewable energy practice within a broad national law firm’s Milwaukee office. The role focuses on lending, project and structured finance for energy and infrastructure clients.

The successful candidate will develop business, manage deal teams, and work cross‑practice with firm colleagues on renewable energy and related financings. This is a lateral partner role with expectations to contribute a portable practice and client relationships.

Established partner with substantial experience in project finance, structured finance or energy lending
Proven record of originating and managing transactions and leading deal teams
Demonstrable business development ability and portable client relationships
Admission to the relevant state bar and ability to work in the Milwaukee office
