Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Milwaukee corporate practice with a strong focus on energy and technology-related transactions. The role centers on M&A and other transactional work, including tech transactions, capital markets matters, and project development/commercial work in renewables and oil & gas.

The partner will work with an established team on cross-practice matters and help expand client relationships in the region and nationally. The group values candidates who bring a portable practice and demonstrable business development capability.

Established partner-level experience in corporate/M&A and transactional matters.
Significant experience in energy sector work (renewables and/or oil & gas) and technology-related transactions or capital markets.
Proven client development skills and an ability to originate or expand business; portable practice preferred.
Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
