The role focuses on False Claims Act defense, managed-care litigation, and complex business disputes that involve AI, cybersecurity and crypto-related issues.

The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team handling high-stakes regulatory and commercial litigation for healthcare industry clients and technology-driven businesses. This position requires an experienced trial and appellate advocate who can win cases, develop client relationships, and mentor junior lawyers.

Established partner-level litigation background with substantial experience in FCA defense and managed-care matters
Proven experience handling technology-related commercial disputes (AI, cybersecurity, crypto)
Strong trial, motion practice and client-development skills; admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
