Senior lateral partner opportunity to lead and grow a cross‑border technology and healthcare practice from the firm’s Milwaukee office. The role will focus on privacy and data protection matters for software, health‑tech and healthcare services clients, combining regulatory counseling with transactional and compliance work.

The team seeks a lawyer who can advise on data governance, breach response, vendor agreements, privacy‑by‑design and HIPAA‑adjacent compliance issues, and who is comfortable supporting both strategic deals and operational risk matters. The position offers a visible platform within an established national practice group and collaborative service teams.

The firm is open to candidates with a portable practice and proven business development ability who can help expand client relationships across the technology and healthcare sectors.

Experienced partner-level lawyer with a strong privacy & data protection practice and significant work for technology and/or healthcare clients.
Deep knowledge of data protection law, breach response, vendor/vendor management, and HIPAA-related compliance.
Track record of originating and leading matters and developing client relationships; business development skills and a portable practice are preferred.
Excellent client-facing, team leadership and mentoring capabilities.
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to practice in Wisconsin (or willingness to relocate/admit).
